In 2010 he produced U2's 'Songs of Innocence' album and the following year he won a Grammy for Best Producer for his work on Black Keys' 'Brothers' and for his own albums 'Sparklehorse' and 'Dark Night of the Soul'.

He produced Norah Jones's 'Little Broken Hearts' in 2012 and co-wrote 'Keep It for Your Own' by Pop Etc. He launched his own label, 30th Century Records, in 2015, and revealed that he was to produce, co-write and perform on the Red Hot Chili Peppers' eleventh album 'The Getaway'.

He won another Grammy as Producer of the Year for Adele's '25' in 2017 and collaborated with Run the Jewels and Big Boi for the song 'Chase Me' which appeared on the soundtrack to the 2017 film 'Baby Driver'.
